Develop Your Family Legacy
It is important for you to remember that our children come through us but they do not come for us.
There is an exercise that will enable you to see what kind of legacy you are creating with your family. As a parent we parent the way our parented us, whether we like what happen to us or not.
Today we must be aware of the things that affect our family. We have all different kinds of people entering into our families, extended family members, teachers, neighbors, TV, computers and their peers.
You know we are not the only influence in our child’s life. But we have to make sure we are the best. It is very sad today that our families’ values and morals are becoming pre-historic. We must fight for our family morals and values. But in order for us to reclaim our family we must have a plan.
If you are interested in doing this exercise please email me and I’ll send it to you qualitycare_edu@yahoo.com put in the subject parent exercise.

Being A Parents
Being a parent is the most complex and import activity anyone can do on the plant. Parents are the child's first and most important educators, yet they receive the least amount of training. Children don't come with instruction manuals.
The road to better parenting or parenting differently from you experience begins with the process of self-discovery. If in your past, you had experiences that were challenging or even if you thought you had a perfect up bringing. You are concerned, that your childhood experiences can affect adult life and your parenting.
With this deeper understanding of self, we can then be better equipped to recognize how what we learned may affect our current parenting behavior. Then we will be able to contrast our behavior with what our children really need for a healthy development.
It is my hope that what we learn together will assist us in redeveloping or strengthening your parenting skills in Creating An Awesome Family!

Welcome to my first entry at Quality Care Education Training
Welcome to Quality Care Education my name is Barbara Gholar I am the founder of Quality Care.
Quality Care is a privately owned family business that has over 30 years of experience in Early Childhood Development and Education. We understand the importance of learning for the critical years 0-5 as well as, nurturing the teenage years.
Quality Care was started in May 2004 in honor of my parents John and Annie Bell Gholar. They worked very hard to make sure we had whatever we needed for school to ensure our formative years were successful and we felt supported and loved. They also worked tirelessly as community helpers. My parent were always there to support our schools, the community and us.
They gave so much to us, as well as to our friends and the community of Monrovia.
This is my way of continuing the service of my parents because education was so very important to them.
Quality Care was created to meet the needs of schools and family childcare providers to promote excellence in education.
Quality Care prides itself in giving our clients the best service. No project is too big or too small.
